We use the Discord app to run our Meditation platform.
- You can either open the Discord app in your browser,
- or you can install the Discord app on your device (requires registration)
To do so, please choose one of the options below:

| 1. Enter a username of your choosing, to join as Guest |
| You can also register your Guest account later on |
NOTE: If this doesn't work, and you see a Registration / Login screen, use the options below |
| OPTION B. Log in as Guest |

| 1. Click on Open Discord in your browser |
| 2. Enter a username of your choosing |
| 3. Re-open this page and click the top link to our Meditation platform |
| 4. Click Skip (don't create a server) |
| 5. Click to the side of the Claim account dialog to close it |
| And you're ready to go! |
| OPTION C. Register account |

| 1. Fill in the information as required to register an account |
| 2. Re-open this page and click the top link to our Meditation platform |
| OPTION D. Download Discord |

| 1. Click on Download for ... |
| 2. Follow the installation instructions for your device |
| 3. Fill in the information as required to register an account |
| 4. Re-open this page and click the top link to our Meditation platform |
